By credit card
We accept Online payment by Credit Card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard) in Euros. Payments are assured by our partner (crédit agricole / Atos) - We have no access to your identifiers and numbers of bank card. All the transactions are secured by means of an encoding "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) internet payment gateway technology, guaranteeing you the identity of the body of payment as well as the confidentiality of the data.
By bank wire
You will find our banking details when finishing the order as well as by email on the order confirmation. You will be able to perform the transfer at your bank.
Before selecting bank transfer as your payment method, please be aware that your bank will charge you an international transfer fee, therefore increasing the overall cost of your order. The processing of off-line payments may take several days. As soon as we received your payment, we will begin to process your order.

Delivery Method
All orders are dispatched via French Mail “ La Poste Colissimo international” parcel service . Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of the dispatching of your order on the day of dispatch. The order will be delivered within 4 to 8 working days subject to destination. Delivery times are based on estimations of French mail and sports-de-glace.fr is not liable for deliveries delayed beyond these periods.
All international deliveries require a signature on delivery. In the event the receiver is absent, an undeliverable notice is left in the letter box.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size and delivery location. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. These charges are in addition to the price of the item(s) and is NOT refundable for any reason.
Traceability: you can track the progress of your parcels at all times for the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and Ireland. For other destinations, parcel tracking is not available outside French territory. However, the delivery receipt option is available and provides notification of the delivery of your parcel.
We recommend that you inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and note ANY damages to your shipment, including damage to the shipping box. If there is ANY damage to your shipment, you must note this upon delivery when you sign for your package(s). If the package is compromised or damaged in any way do not accept delivery. If you do accept delivery, and damage to the containers or merchandise is visible, please insist that a notation be made on the bill of lading: "DAMAGED".
Availability And estimated delivery time
While we have a huge in-stock inventory, not all items/sizes/colors are guaranteed to be in stock. You can check item availability.
“in stock” or "available : the product is ready to ship. The delivery time depends on the country. All orders in Europe are shipped using French mail “Laposte Colissimo International” (delivery within 4 to 8 working days depanding on your country of destination). For further information, read “delivery method” in the section “terms and conditions “ located on our home page.
“out of stock” or "made-to-order": This item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. Total delivery time may vary according to the item, the time of year,the manufacturer and the country.
Total Delivery Time = (expected time to receive stock of an item) + (Shipping Time) is approximatively 3 to 8 weeks.
Expected time to receive stock of an item: Most of our products are made in Canada. If you put an order on an item “out of stock”, we expect to receive it from our supplier within 2 to 4 weeks of your order.
Shipping time depends on your country of destination (4 to 8 working days)
We will ship the item to you as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer. We will not charge your credit card until we receive the product .
“sold-out” : This item is currently not available for ordering.
Exceptionally , we are unable to obtain an item from our suppliers. If this happens, we will cancel your order and email you to let you know.

You can return goods within 14 days of delivery, providing they are in original condition and were not altered or cut in any way. We will refund to your card within 30 days of receiving the unused items less the initial postage charges. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Returned items showing damage or soil (rips, perspiration stains, dirt, etc.) will NOT be accepted. The item(s) WILL be returned to you, with no credit given . We do not accept return of laundered merchandise. For Tights, 'Jel Tubes' and personal effects (tights, leotards, unitards, ...), returns or exchanges are not possible. When you ask to mount special blades on boots, return or exchange is not possible. An exchange can be accepted if item is in perfect condition (please contact customer service to see what s possible)

Returns received after 14 days after request can't be refund. A voucher will be created in the online customer account.
Prices listed on sports-de-glace.fr includes VAT and any other French taxes and duties. However outside the European union, any other related import taxes eventually applicable are sole responsibility of the costumer. For further information, please email us.
The current loyalty program offers our valued customers an opportunity to receive special reward vouchers. Depending on your total sales over a one year period, every 10 euros you spend will earn you 0.2 euros in return.
